A knee joint organ-on-a-chip system developed by Dr. Garima Dwivedi and Lisa Flaman is all set to be launched to the International Space Station on Friday, May 3! The experiments at the ISS will provide insights into the progression of osteoarthritis as well as the effects of potential disease modifying drugs.
